Approved Project Plan
Once you have chosen your electronic medical record (EMR)
solution, you will be ready to prepare for implementation. The
Approved Project Plan (APP) is the plan that governs the
implementation of your EMR solution under your Physician-Vendor
Agreement.
The plan includes:
- Project scope
- Implementation strategy, including data management
- Resources allocated to the project
- Milestones and timelines for the project
Milestone 2 is reached when the project plan is
approved.
