Final Implementation Status Review

The 120-day period following the go-live of the electronic medical record (EMR) solution is the stabilization and tuning period. You and your chosen EMR vendor will work together to resolve any outstanding issues with your EMR solution.

Every 30 days after the Initial Implementation Status Review, additional reviews will be conducted until all outstanding tasks and deficiencies are resolved.

If there are still outstanding deficiencies, your EMR vendor will develop a plan to address these issues and another review will be scheduled every 30 days until all outstanding identified deficiencies have been resolved.

This review can be completed before 120 days have passed if all identified deficiencies have been addressed. Issues raised after the 120 business day warranty would be addressed as part of ongoing support by the EMR vendor.

Milestone 5 is reached when all identified deficiencies have been addressed and your clinic has accepted the EMR solution by signing the Milestone 5 Acceptance Form.
