Go-Live

Milestone 3 is Go-Live. This means the electronic medical record (EMR) solution is installed and the physician/clinic is using it.

• Before the solution goes live you must sign the form that indicates Milestone 3 has been reached.
• If you are not satisfied that the EMR solution is ready to use, you should not authorize the solution to be turned on. Once it is live, you have reached M3 and you may not wait until deficiencies are addressed to sign the M3 form.
• The countdown on the 120-day warranty period begins on the day the solution is turned on and is being used in the clinic.

Milestone 3 is reached when you begin using the new EMR solution.
