Forgot Password?

A member account is required to access online privacy training, the EMR Outcomes Assessment tool and the POSP network for peer leaders. You do not need an account to view the interactive transition guide, but you do need one to track your progress.

To create an account:

1. Enter your email address.
2. Create your own password.

Please note:

• There is no charge for the use of these online tools.

• The email address you provide is used to identify your member account. It will not be shared with outside parties or used for communication other than information related to the online tools.

• If you forget the password you created, click on "Forgot Password?" to have it emailed to you.
