Important Information About POSP Funding
November 23, 2009
The new VCUR 2008 electronic medical record solutions are now
available, and the Physician Office System Program (POSP) is moving
into a new program phase. This requires changes to the way POSP
provides funding to physicians.
Physicians receiving Level 2 grant funding of $740 per month
will now be funded using an invoice-based reimbursement system.
Physicians receiving Level 1, Level 1.5 and bridge funding will be
required to move to a VCUR 2008 EMR solution to continue to receive
POSP funding.
